Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Receiving PS4 Bundle Next Month

Next month will not just mark the release of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection. This week, Sony PlayStation also announced that the new game collection will be released as a PlayStation 4 Bundle in October. The Bundle includes the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and a 500GB PlayStation 4. So players who do not have the PlayStation 4 and pick this up will get the chance to experience the first three Uncharted games on the PS4. The bundle will run for $399.99 US/$449.99 CAD. It will come out a few months ahead the highly anticipated release of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End in March 2016. The collection will feature new Photo Mode tools built into the games. In addition, the games will feature various improvements in lighting, rendering, texture mapping and dynamic audio. However, it appears only the single-player campaigns for the three games will be includes. [UPDATE] Sony PlayStation has went ahead and confirmed the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, which is due out on October 9. In addition, a new trailer was released for the set, which you can check out below. Per Sony PlayStation, the older games in the franchise were rebuilt by Bluepoint Games with the power of the PS4 console. The collection will feature Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. Players who purchase the collection will receive early access to the Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End multiplayer Beta when the Beta is available. All the games will be playable at 1080p and 60fps and include improved lighting, textures, and models. New additions include Photo Mode and new trophies.
