The Legend of Zelda: Legendary Edition Manga Arrives in November
VIZ Media announced today that company will be releasing The Legend of Zelda: Legendary Edition this week. The release marks a new deluxe 2-in-1 edition manga comic based on the hit Nintendo video game franchise. The edition will feature new covers, new color illustrations and foil highlights, and it will be released in an oversized edition. The comic was created by Akira Himekawa, and each volume collects two of the volumes of the original 10-volume manga series. Volume 1 adapts Ocarina of Time, featuring a young Link embarking on a quest to find three spiritual stones that hold the key to the Triforce. Link wants to deliver these stones to the Princess of Hyrule, but he faces constant obstacles in his path. The first volume will be available for the MSRP of $17.99. VIZ Media also confirmed that the company will be releasing future omnibus volumes in print three times a year.
