Disney Infinity To Get Star Wars Characters?
In what might be considered a major spoiler, numerous sites (via ComicBook.com), stemming from an advertisement that is now taken down via order from Disney Interactive, are reporting that a new group of characters are coming to Disney Infinity 3.0. Not surprisingly, the new characters are from the Star Wars universe. However, what is surprising, is that the characters seem to be from The Clone Wars animated TV series. You know, the one that we all loved, then Disney bought Lucasfilm, and the series got cancelled despite having great ratings and unfinished stories. Yeah, that one. The figures appear to be based on the appearances of the characters in Clone Wars. This is doubly curious when you consider that Star Wars Rebels is not only a fully owned Disney show, but it’s doing just as well as Clone Wars was doing, if not better in some ways.
