Power Rangers: Heroes of the Grid Rangers United Leaps Onto Kickstarter

Earlier this year, Renegade Game Studios released three expansions for their Power Rangers: Heroes of the Grid tabletop game. Now they’ve combined those expansions, along with the main game and some brand-new content, into a gigantic Megazord subtitled Rangers United. The package includes the base game, the Dino Thunder pack that adds all the characters, powers and villains from that series, the second Ranger Allies pack that adds Joe Shih, Zhane, Ryan Mitchell, Cam Watanbe and RJ James, and the fourth Villain Pack that adds Mesogog and Astronema. The campaign is just as much of a success as Renegade’s other PR crowdfunds and has so far earned $169,000 from a $10,000 goal. You can make a pledge to get Rangers United through this link. Last year Mythroll Armory introduced the Tin20, a sheet of thin metal that fits in a wallet and folds into a D20 die when punched out. The idea was to always carry a spare in case your original dice get lost. A practical invention at a cheap price, the Tin20 was a bit hit and sold out immediately. Now Mythroll is back with a new and improved model: the Tinhedral. Tinhedrals aren’t just D20s — they come in all sorts of shapes for all kinds of tabletop dice. If you’ve been looking for a jump-in point for the liveplay series Critical Role, the time may be approaching. The players have wrapped up the Mighty Nein campaign that made up their second season, and they’re about to launch a shorter, less dense mini-campaign. Exandria Unlimited will be just eight episodes long, and a new DM will govern the events. That mystery figure is Aabria Iyengar, CMO of Dice Envy and star of several liveplay shows across the Internet.
