Alien: Isolation Survivor Mode Trailer and Season Pass
Sega announced today that Alien: Isolation, a upcoming survival-horror game by The Creative Assembly, will be receiving a six month DLC season pass which will allow players to access five expansion packs to the recently announced survivor mode. Survivor mode is a time-based mode which will pit players in direct confrontations with the Alien with limited resources to achieve their objectives and escape. Sega’s announcement was heralded by the release of a new trailer highlighting the survivor mode. “This is the game in its purest form; it’s you against the creature and it’s against the clock.” said Al Hope, creative lead on Alien: Isolation. At launch on October 7, Alien: Isolation will be packaged with a single demo map of the survivor mode, called “Basement”, but on October 28 the first of five new DLC packs will be released for purchase. The first DLC package will contain three additional maps, which will feature their own set of objectives and challenges, a new character for players to command, and new enemies
