Skylanders Nintendo Amiibo Being Sold Outside Starter Packs
If you have been eager to buy the Nintendo Amiibo figures from Skylanders: SuperChargers, but were not so anxious because they were only being sold in Nintendo Starter Packs, you might be in luck. Per Skylanders Inquirer, it has now been officially confirmed that the Bowser and Donkey Kong Amiibo figures made for Skylanders: SuperChargers are now available in special Dual Packs outside of the original Nintendo Starter Packs. These new Dual Packs, featuring a figure and a vehicle, retail for around $24.99. Shoppers are already finding them at Wal-Mart in Utah. However, it’s unlikely that the Dark Edition figures and vehicles will be sold outside of their original Starter Packs. At least this way, consumers now have a way to buy Turbo Charge Donkey Kong with the Barrel Blaster and Hammer Slam Bowser with the Clown Cruiser outside the starter sets.
