It’s been a bumpy few years, but as of Season 4, Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD has finally become compelling, must-watch television. So naturally ABC picked this time to bury it on Friday evenings at 9 PM. We should be happy we get a Season 5 at all, but this makes us uneasy.
The recent episode of Agents of SHIELD ended the first part of the LMD storyline. At the end, the show threw out twist after twist. Daisy and Simmons entered the world of the Framework. Doing so, we saw just what world Radcliffe and Aida had made.
At the end of the Deadpool film, there were two major things going on. First, Deadpool teamed up with Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead to take on Ajax and Angel Dust, along with their cronies. But for eagle-eyed fans, many noticed that the final climatic battle took place on what looked very much like a SHIELD Helicarrier. Now, it didn’t fly, and it didn’t have SHIELD logos, but the overall shape (even with its deconstruction) made many fans think that this was a massive Easter Egg. Well, in an interview with i09, the concept artist behind Deadpool confirmed that it was indeed a Helicarrier.
Well first off, the title alone is a crack, but we’ll get to that in a bit.
