Riders of Icarus Update Coming March 22nd

Riders of Icarus is a very popular MMORPG, and as such, they make sure that their players know when some of their major updates come out. The next one is called Corruption of Light, and is set to arrive March 22nd. Here is what you can expect. Ellora Sanctuary is a lush land home to many wild beasts and even wilder dangers. Riders Of Icarus Gets New Content Update

Riders of Icarus, the free-to-play action-adventure game that combines the fantasy of an RPG with the ability to tame and collect a vast number of unique creatures, has introduced another new zone for players to explore and conquer. Available to all players level 35 and above, the “Rift of the Damned” update expands the beautiful world of Riders of Icarus with a realm completely suspended in the sky. The update also delivers more flying mounts for Riders to capture and take into battle against grandiose new bosses on their quest to reach the new level cap of 40. Riders of Icarus Gets 1 Million Beta Players, Trailer

Since the launch of its open beta in early July, Riders of Icarus has garnered the attention of daring riders captivated by the unique mount system and enticing action-packed gameplay. Already hugely popular in Asia as Icarus Online, the action-adventure game has seen great response from its western audience, who have recently pushed Riders of Icarusover the million player mark. To celebrate, the game has gotten a new trailer, which you can see below. Developer WeMade and publisher Nexon America have worked closely with the game’s community, first in closed beta and now during the game’s open beta, to ensure Riders of Icarus meets the unique demands of western gamers. Riders Of Icarus Gets First Major Content Update

Riders of Icarus players will receive a wealth of new content today in the first major update for the game since it arrived in Open Beta earlier this month. With a level increase to 35, Riders will now have an all-new zone to explore, with its own unique mounts to capture and tame, dungeons to conquer and bosses to vanquish. The “Blight of Frost Keep” update brings content including: Parna’s Coast: Enter the new snow-covered lands of Parna’s Coast to discover new dangers and new mounts as you explore this fascinating new high-level region. With powerful monsters and a misty frost that permeates the area and can affect a players’ mobility if they’re not prepared, Riders will want to team up with others to succeed in the new ‘Field Raid’.
