Werewolf: The Apocalypse was first announced by Paradox Interactive, Cyanide Studio and Focus Home Interactive in January of 2017. In 2018 BigBen Interactive was announced as its distributor. In 2019 it gained the subtitle “Earthblood,” and last week we were promised a trailer very soon.
The next game in Paradox Interactive’s “Surviving” series is coming late next year, the developer announced today. Surviving The Aftermath will be the latest installment of their survival series, which concerns keeping a colony on Mars running and free of any and all disasters.
4X turn-based strategy games such as Age of Wonders: Planetfall are very much the domain of the PC. So to see one not only come to home consoles but to release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at the same as the Windows launch is remarkable in of itself. Age of Wonders: Planetfall is the work of Dutch developer Triumph Studios, with Paradox Interactive taking on publishing duties. It is the fifth installment in the series and the first to feature a sci-fi setting rather than the traditional fantasy one.
Paradox Interactive has been working for a while on Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, their latest video game translation of the popular tabletop RPG and a sequel to the original Bloodlines. You play a Thinblood, trying to survive in the underground vampiric society of Seattle (because if you were a vampire you’d naturally go to the place with the least amount of sun).

Paradox Interactive took the occasion of last Friday’s Nintendo Direct to launch their city-building sim Cities: Skylines on Nintendo Switch upon its announcement. The game has previously been available for Playstation 4, XBox One, PC, Mac and Linux, but Nintendo is left out no longer. Now you can lord over a make-believe city anywhere you go.
Paradox CEO Fredrik Wester has confirmed that the company is reversing its recent price hike of its titles. Several weeks ago, the publisher raised the cost of its games in several markets, including the UK, as it sought to harmonize prices around the world. This saw the company receive negative feedback from many players who felt that the company was ripping off long-time fans to satisfy new part-owner Tencent.
Paradox Interactive and Paradox Development Studios has announced the release date for Crusader Kings II: The Old Gods. On May 28th fans will get to play the long awaited expansion to this game. With the announcement is the latest trailer showcasing gameplay and important features in the game.
