Oregon Trail Tabletop Card Game Coming
A tabletop card game based on the classic computer game Oregon Trailer is apparently being released tomorrow exclusively to Target. This was confirmed by both online users, and Polygon, who contacted Target specifically for confirmation. According to reports, and leaked pictures on Imgur, the tabletop game closely follows the layout and design of the legendary title. Including cards featuring ailments like typhoid, dysentery, and snakebites. While also having cards for supplies like food, oxen, bullets, and more. Also, in the style of D&D, there is a pathbuilding mechanic that will apparently build the literal Oregon Trail. Furthermore, the dice rolling mechanic will help determine the fates of your party when certain events arise like crossing a river, again, playing to the truness of the original game. No online post for Oregon Trail is up yet, but it will be available at Target tomorrow.
