Jurassic World Will Be A Trilogy; Story Concludes In 2021
After watching the trailers for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, you might be thinking Universal doesn’t know where they’re going with this. We now know the studio DOES have a plan in place and an arc in mind, because a third movie is already greenlit and they swear it will be the last one. Jurassic World will be a trilogy. Steven Spielberg, the man responsible for bringing Michael Crichton’s cautionary cloning tale to the big screen in the first place, spoke with EW.com ‘Berg famously directed the 1993 original, but he’s stepped back into an executive producer position for the trilogy. Colin Trevorrow stepped in his big shoes to co-write and direct Jurassic World, which paid off at the box office. The upcoming Fallen Kingdom is also co-written by Trevorrow, but directed by J.A.
