Pop Geeks’ Flashback Interview: Khrystyne Haje
Khrystyne Haje, known for “Head Of The Class,” discusses her career, environmental activism, and the potential series reboot. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the debut of Head Of The Class. My next interview subject was one of the only cast members to stick with the show for its’ entire run. Khrystyne Haje played Simone Foster, a poet in the advanced class of Mr. Moore (Howard Hesseman) from seasons 1 through 4, and later Mr. MacGregor (Billy Connolly) for the fifth and final season. Khrystyne Haje has bought the good heart and smarts of her character into her everyday life as an environmental activist. Along the way, Khrystyne Haje has been a model, won a Daytime Emmy, did a USO tour with Bob Hope, and is currently in talks for a reboot of Head Of The Class.
