LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Season Pass Revealed

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment officially announced that there will be a Season Pass for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The Season Pass will offer players additional downloadable content for the game that features new levels and also story content. The DLC will also feature new characters for players from across the Star Wars Universe. The Season Pass features three new level packs that features new story content beyond the story of the movie. Each pack will allow players to experience key events from the film in different ways as well. For starters, one pack will address how Poe Dameron survived the crash to Jakku and was able to make contact to the Resistance base after the crash. The assault on Maz Kanata’s castle will now be seen through the eyes of Kylo Ren. Finally, the collapse of Starkiller base will be depicted through the perspective of two Resistance Pilots. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Showcases Poe Dameron

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today released a new gameplay video for the upcoming LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens video game. The latest character vignette features the X-Wing pilot Poe Dameron, the top pilot of the Resistance. You can check out the new gameplay video in the player below. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens is due out later this summer. The game allows players to relive the epic Star Wars sequel and hit film in the trademark LEGO format, in a way only LEGO can offer. The game features all the storylines from Star Wars: The Force Awakens retold through the LEGO lens. There will also be exclusive playable content that explores new adventures set in the time leading up to The Force Awakens. This will provide new insight about the latest movie and its characters. Poe Dameron was one of the best new characters to come out of The Force Awakens. It’s fun to see the game re-imagining the story of Force Awakens in this style and format.

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Set for June Release

Many probably figured it was only a matter of time, but it’s official. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens is happening. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced the title this week. Star Wars and LEGO fans will be able to re-live the new Star Wars sequel in the LEGO format. In addition, the game will feature new story content that explores the time period between Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. This includes some new insight on the film and its characters. The game is due out for a June launch. It’s being developed by TT Games for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, 3DS, PlayStation Vita and Windows PC.
