Kim Wu Returns To Killer Instinct
After an absence of 20 years, Kim Wu is returning to the tournament for the third season update to Microsoft’s take on Killer Instinct, Rare’s entry in the 1990’s fighting genre. The new Killer Instinct was greeted with yawns by the hardcore gaming public when it was first introduced with the initial wave of XBox One games — despite the fact that it was beloved by those same gamers on the SNES and that it was also free. People had grown to distrust whatever a Rare character was doing on a Microsoft console (despite this, the new Killer Instinct is not made by Rare). Those who have stuck with the new Killer Instinct over the years, however, have been rewarded.
