2011 has been a fantastic year for gaming, with developers showing that they really know how to take advantage of the PS3 and Xbox 360; dishing out games with both quality and innovation. As the year comes to a close, lots of gaming websites will begin picking their choices for the best game of the year, and while many games will be nominated, very few will actually walk away with this coveted award. Like the title says, I believe that all (well, most) of the games below are very good, and have a chance of being nominated for Game of the Year, and on some web-sites/media, may even win. My intention isn’t to belittle these games at all, but I believe that on most gaming sites these games won’t win GOTY, and here’s why.(more…)
According to an article published by Eurogamer, PlayStation Vita will be able to do remote play on all games for the PS3, and will be enabled into an future firmware update.

The much anticipated PlayStation Home redesign is set for this Thursday which is great news for anyone who didn’t get the special invite from PlayStation Plus. This time, it’s open to everyone!
Some of you Playstation gamers might have noticed a few issues with Mics over on the Playstation network. Don’t worry your not the only ones. A few users on the Playstation forum, MAG, Socom 4 and a few other Playstation game forums are reporting that since firmware 3.70 launched many of their mic’s have become distorted or robotic like. A developer over on Socom 4 forums has stated that the issue is Playstation related and that Sony and them are looking into the issue.
