Yesterday, a clip of Batman: The Killing Joke was leaked online, showing Barbara Gordon and Bruce Wayne in a romantic relationship, something that did not happen in the Killing Joke story. This set the internet on fire as fans voiced whether they thought this was good or not.
Of the many things The Killing Joke was, romantic was not one of them. However, as noted many times by the cast of the upcoming animated movie of the classic book, things aren’t going to be a page to page transition. New things have been added to make the story more full.
Speaking at Star Wars Celebration, actor Mark Hamill went off script and talked about his reprising of the Joker role for the animated DC Comics films The Killing Joke. He talked about how many people have come up to him to talk about it, including some very young people:
