Kids On Brooms Presents…Duel Of Wands
Renegade Studios released Kids on Brooms last summer. It’s a tabletop role-playing game where players each take on the identity of a wizard or witch attending a magical school. There, they must deal with strict professors, wave wands, brew potions, ride brooms, stare down beasts of myth, and cast magic, all while discovering the secrets of the school and its community. If you want more Kids on Brooms, there will soon be a new way to play…Duel of Wands, the Kids on Brooms card game! In this game for two players, both magicians throw down spell cards attempting to remove their opponent’s protections first. The one who strikes first wins each round, but Renegade warns “don’t grow too confident in victory; between rounds, the loser will have the opportunity to study and improve their spells.” Each match lasts a half-hour to 45 minutes.
