Nintendo announced at its E3 press conference that both the release dates for its Wii U and 3DS versions of the newest Super Smash Bros. game would be moved. Depending on what version you planned on getting this could be either good or bad, with the 3DS version being pushed back to October 3rd 2014 and the Wii U version being released during the holidays. On top of that Nintendo released information regarding new fighters for the game including Lady Palutena from the Kid Icarus franchise and word of the introduction of Pac-Man.

Scanning these cards allows the character on the card to come to life and fight with other cards as well as present information about each card.
