Halo Championship Tournament Cancelled Due To Connectivity Issues
We gamers expect a lot from developers. But to fair, it’s really because we know they can give most of what we want. Now true, sometimes we go overboard in our wishes, but at it’s core, I think gamers wishes can be boiled down to three things: 1. The game looks good (doesn’t have to have super high detail, but does need to show they put a lot of care into it) 2. The gameplay isn’t buggy (after all, if that doesn’t work, what’s the point in playing the game?) 3. If there is online gameplay (which is not a requirement, but appreciated when done), make sure it works and works well. A recent ESL Halo championship tournament was cancelled this weekend, due to “joinability” issues regarding online play (thus, they broke rule #3).
