Gnosis Conflict Lands On Kickstarter
Gnosis Conflict, a 2-4 player board game set in a dystopian near-future where the governments and corporations vie for control over downed pieces of extra-terrestrial probes, salvaged for their technology and kept secret from the public, has launched its Kickstarter campaign. The resulting technological arms race has spawned ruthless collection teams sent out into the field to claim their prize and dispose of any who get in their way. Players take control of one of four factions’ collections team and battle other teams for control of salvage on the board. Gnosis Conflict is set to have a number of features upon its release, including: Low Barrier to Entry – Strategy games are known for a high barrier to entry in terms of both skill and cost. Gnosis Conflict is aimed at novices to the genre with a simplified rules set, quick combat resolution and respawn mechanics for units allowing players to recover from mistakes. The game is self-contained, so there’s no need to sink hundreds of dollars into expensive miniatures
