You probably missed Ghostbusters: The Video Game when it initially saw release on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Don’t skip out on it this time! The modern rerelease is out today for all consoles, so you have no excuse! Ghostbusters: The Video Game was released in 2009. It featured a new plot that took place after Ghostbusters 1 and 2, based on a script written by Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd, and had the entire original cast providing voices. It’s the closest we will ever get to an actual Ghostbusters 3, and the game itself wasn’t that bad either. A sleeper when it was released, the original Ghostbusters: The Video Game now fetches high prices on eBay. The time is right for a re-release on modern consoles, we’d say.
