SDCC 2017: The Ray Gets First Trailer
The CW hasn’t just been working on expanding their universe via live-action shows, they’ve also been working on their animation division via the CWSeed. First was Vixen, who later showed up in Arrow, and whose granddaughter became a part of the Legends of Tomorrow. Now, two more shows are set to arrive, one of them got a first look at San Diego Comic Con. Freedom Fighters: The Ray focuses on an alternate dimension where the Nazi’s won World War II, and an extension of them now rules over America. The only people fighting it are the Freedom Fighters, which includes Raymond Terrill, aka The Ray. Interestingly enough, The Ray is also in the comics right now as part of the Justice League of America. Also of note, Arrow, the Flash, and Supergirl are all seen in the first look, but are part of the Reich. The Ray will debut later this year.
