Did Firestorm’s True Power Get Removed From The Flash Season Finale?
When it comes to TV shows or movies based on comic book characters, something that fans want, and to a degree demand, is a certain level of accuracy in regards to the histories and powers of the characters. For example, Thomas and Martha Wayne, Uncle Ben, etc. all need to die in order for Bruce, Peter, and others to become who they are. Krypton needs to be destroyed, Reed Richards and crew needed to have an accident in space (or dimensions) to get their powers, etc. Then there’s the powerset themselves. If Superman isn’t the strongest being alive, how is he Superman? So when a show doesn’t go fully accurate (or as accurate as they can), fans tend to notice and call it out. For The Flash and Arrow, two recently added characters had this problem.
