Reptile, Havik, and Ashra are back in Mortal Kombat 1. This revamped universe has introduced substantial alterations to these characters from their previous forms. The trailer, titled “Banished Trailer,” suggests that these characters have been exiled by their own kin. Reptile, also recognized as the Green Ninja, has embodied a humanoid lizard monster in his earlier versions. Regardless of whether he was playable or part of  story mode NPC, his appearance seemed to specifically resonate with individuals who have an affinity for reptiles and scales. However, it has now reverted to his original human form. This marks a significant departure in Mortal Kombat history, as this timeline breaks the mold of him being a villain. Lili Rochefort, the latest legacy character, has made a return in Tekken 8.I had been loving all these Legacy returns and I am excited who is next, I hope to see more  new characters too. Her return was inevitable the moment Asuka had her character reveal. Many Fighting Game fans compare her to Street Fighter character Karin Kanzuki, as both are blond rich heiresses. However, both characters are still different from each other. Karin’s fighting style is more similar to real Martial Arts like Aikido because of her Palm Strikes, while Lili fights using gymnastic and ballet moves as her attacks. She is not a trained Martial Artist; she got kidnapped when she was 12 but managed to beat up her kidnappers using her Ballet and gymnastics skills, which she converted to street fighting. Project L has been in development for years and now Riot Games had been quiet since they teased back in 2019.  League of Legends had been expanding its fan base outside the players of this online RPG. They explored the World of music with their KPOP  girl group K-Da. Also, their Netflix original Animated series Arcane is renewed for a Second Season. The popularity of that show is instant positive publicity for this game because familiar faces from that show will appear on this game. Now they are on a roll because Riot Games just announced the Game Project L.  It will be a CGI graphics fighting game with 2d gameplay. Tom & Tony Cannon had been in charge of making this vision happen. They don’t have a release date yet but the footage they show is Music for the eyes.  Fighting Game players though will be open about this because all they care about is Balance and Netcode. Except for Tekken, Fighting Games are more fun to play with
