DOOM: Closed Beta Kicks Off March 31

DOOM fans who are wanting a chance to check out the game ahead of its May release are in luch. Bethesda Softworks and id Software officially announced today that a Closed Beta for DOOM will run in March and April. The Closed Beta is set for March 31 – April 3 and will be available for all platforms. The Closed Beta is available for players who pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order and redeemed their Beta code. Doom: Bethesda to Select Players for Multiplayer Alpha

Bethesda Softworks has revealed that they will soon be selecting players for the Doom Multiplayer Alpha, which is coming soon. According to an announcement on BethBlog.com, Bethesda is set to select players from the Wolfenstin: The New Order beta pool to participate in the upcoming alpha test. Players who bought Wolfenstein on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC will be eligible for the upcoming Doom Multiplayer Alpha version by redeeming their Doom beta code they received when they bought the game. In addition, if you purchased the game digitally via Steam, PSN or Xbox One, you are already ready for the alpha whenever it is ready to star.
