The Last Jedi DLC For Star Wars Battlefront 2 Coming In December
EA has revealed when The Last Jedi DLC will arrive for Star Wars Battlefront II following its release this week. The actual event will begin on December 5, with players asked to choose what side they want to be on, either the Resistance or the First Order, allowing them to unlock specific rewards up until December 13. From that date, content will continue to unlock. There will be new heroes in the form of Phasma and Finn, as well as new maps, weapons, vehicles, and even additional chapters for the campaign that will see how the First Order first rose up and came to power. The downloadable content, like all other DLC for the game, will be free. Instead, EA are monetizing the post-game with loot crates. Star Wars Battlefront II is EA and DICE’s sequel to their 2015 reboot of the franchise following their licensing of the rights to make Star Wars games from Disney. It will feature a campaign mode unlike its predecessor alongside the expansive multiplayer options.
