Back in the 1960s a puppeteer and magician named Mister Jolly was the star of a local television station in Detroit. That was many decades ago, and the station is no longer in operation, with its windows boarded up. The property is eventually bought by a man named Richard who wants to bulldoze it and build condos. Only problem is, he never ran that plan past Mister Jolly…who never truly left that building. Suffice to say Mister Jolly is not a fan of Richard,
