One of the more surprising developments in the collecting community (at least to me) is the rise of old computer collectors. Old consoles inevitably develop a collectors’ base because the games you can play on them are usually exclusive. But a modern PC is backwards compatible with pretty much every old PC game, if you tinker around, and the controls (keyboard and mouse) haven’t changed one bit.
A new trailer has been revealed for Dreamfall Chapters, showing off some of the new content that will be included in the “Final Cut” version that has been developed for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
It looks like the Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 will be releasing at some point in the near future, as the bundle has been rated for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in South Korea. The ratings board entry reveals that this collection will include Mega Man 7 through 10, ensuring that all of the classic titles from the series are available on the latest consoles.
There’s an unhealthy perception in the gaming industry that the PlayStation Vita is struggling, and that it lacks a solid library games. In actual fact, there has never been a greater time to pick up a Vita; here I’m going to run down why now is the time to strike to pick up Sony’s handheld beast and counter some of the lingering questions surrounding the portable console.
According to a post by Gematsu and sources close with the website, Capcom may be unveiling an HD collection for two of its popular franchises. While Gematsu did confirm that one of the collection’s is Devil May Cry, we can only speculate regarding the other one.
