Mario Sports Superstars Set To Release On 3DS In March
Mario Sports Superstars is coming to Nintendo 3DS courtesy of the studio Camelot. They were the team behind both Mario Gold: World Tour and Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, giving them plenty of experience in handling sports games featuring the famous plumber. The game includes a number of different events, including the likes of horse racing, soccer, baseball, golf, and tennis. It will also support local and online multiplayer as well as feature 18 different playable characters from the Mario universe. It is set to release on March 10. When the Nintendo Switch was officially unveiled, the Japanese company made it clear that they would continue to support their handheld console in addition to the new device. While the Wii U has been discontinued, the fact that Mario Sports Superstars is coming to the Nintendo 3DS signals that those who own it will still be able to get access to new games.
