Activision has revealed plans for a new Call of Duty Service known as Elite. It will contain features inspired by facebook and other networks. Players will also have exclusive content access to DLC not available to non subscribers. Call of duty Elite is schedule to launch along side with Modern Warefare 3 this fall. Well, can you believe this! We had to wait 10 whole days after Valve released Portal 2 to hear about their upcoming DLC. And if that wasn’t harsh enough, it’s going to be free for all platforms (PC, Xbox 360, and PS3)! Well I have to say, Valve needs to get better at this. Activision has released a video preview of the second content pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops. The trailer goes behind-the-scenes with Treyarch as they talk about the Escalation multiplayer maps – Zoo, Convoy, Hotel and Stockpile.
