Borderlands: The Handsome Collection Gets a MAJOR Day One Patch
This seems to be a common thread happening among games these days. By that I mean games releasing and then getting major “Day One” patches. The latest example of this is Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. The compilation DLC has two big patches, one for PS4, and one for Xbox One. The PS4 patch is 8.3 GB large, while the Xbox One patch is 16 GB large. So, what’s the reason for all this? Well, the latest part of the DLC, the Pre-Sequel’s Claptastic Voyage, only game out recently to gamers. That caused problems when compiling it all together, thus, the very large patches to the game. Don’t think that’s all that happened though, obviously there was time and care put in to make sure bugs and glitches were fixed as well.
