Fox and DC’s “Gotham” Fills Out Cast
For a show that hasn’t even confirmed to move beyond the “pilot” stage, the new “Gotham” TV show being developed by Warner Bros. TV and set to air on Fox is certainly making waves. Five principal cast members have been confirmed over the last couple of days, as per the Hollywood Reporter. First up is the confirmation that Ben McKenzie has been tapped to play the main character of this prequel, “Smallville”-esque series: the soon-to-be Commissioner James Gordon. This has been followed up with the news that four additional cast members have been added. From left, Erin Eichards as Barbara Keen, a “sophisticated ER doctor” who will be Gordon’s love interest, Sean Pertwee as Alfred, Zabryna Guevara as Captain Essen, Gordon’s superior at Gotham PD, and Robin Lord Taylor as The Penquin.
