BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma EXTEND Set for North American Release This Summer
Aksys Games and Arc System Works have officially announced that the 2D fighting game BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma EXTEND will receive a multi-platform release later this summer in North America. The game will be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and Xbox One. The 2D fighting game is an updated version of BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma EXTEND. The game features the revamped Guard system, which allows powers to release a new, more powerful Guard Crush attack when their opponent’s Barrier Gauge is low. Another unique mechanic is Overdrive, which enhances character skills and abilities. BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma EXTEND also adds two new characters, Celica and Lambda, to the fighter roster. There will be 28 total playable characters on the roster. The story mode also features a new addition called “Remix Heart,” which features Mai Natsume and Kajun Faycott.
