2050 Opens In Theaters This Friday
Indie distributor Anerke has acquired the sci-fi fantasy 2050, starring former Superman Dean Cain, and will begin showing it in theaters around the country beginning in March. 10 screening locations are planned. It’s the future, and a video game developer feels unsatisfied in his marriage, but too morally conscious to cheat on her. So he commits the gray area the future allows: he sleeps with a custom-built robot! It would have been a perfect plan….if his wife hadn’t discovered it, and if the man hadn’t started actually developing feelings for the silicon maiden. 2050 will make its debut in selected theaters around the country starting next month.
