Surface Pressure is not the most popular song in the soundtrack of Encanto. It is “We Don’t talk about Bruno” which reached Number 1 in the Billboard hot 100 a few days ago. As of the writing of this article,  “We don’t talk about Bruno” is currently number 4. The Soundtrack of Encanto is currently number 1 in the soundtrack charts. Despite not being the signature of the movie, Surface pressure is highly talked about online because they can relate to Luisa’s song.

It is most likely going to catch up because top reactors on Youtube are reacting to it. Social Media as a whole talks about how they can relate to this song and how it stings.

Though Encanto centers around a Colombian family, The struggle of an older sibling is Universal.  It happens in every culture, creed, and class. Parents have high expectations for the older sibling. There are also times when parents can’t be parents so the older siblings are forced to be the head of the family and be the glue.
