Star wars: Young Jedi Adventures is an animated series coming to Disney Junior and probably Disney Plus. This Animated series is a way to introduce Star Wars to preschoolers without traumatizing them. Characters like Darth Maul and Jabba the Hut are enough to traumatize children. This spin-off is a more cute and family-friendly take on Star Wars. This series is a prequel as it is centuries before the events of the movies. It is probably after the events of Mandalorian because Yoda already trains younglings to be Jedis.
The characters are in 3D but not realistic, It follows the CalArts style most cartoons use today. This mini-series seems like a pilot because the creators will compose it of 4 animated shorts. It will probably become a fully fledged series if it gets popular enough.Star Wars most have adults, school children, and teens as fans. It is Lucas Studios‘ attempt to get into the preschool market. This family-friendly version of Star Wars does not feature people getting bisected by a lightsaber. Many of those fans are now parents and Star wars: Young Jedi Adventures could be a great bonding experience for families with children.
