Dead By Daylight is an asymmetrical horror game where one character plays the killer and four others play the would-be victims in its vicinity. The killer has invulnerability and can never truly be stopped, and depending on what character it is, may also have special abilities. The way to win is to escape, and to do so, the survivors must work together to unlock the path to freedom.
Dead By Daylight has had a lot of crossovers. Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, Ghostface from Scream, Ash from Evil Dead, and even Nancy and Steve from Stranger Things have shown up as playable characters. Last May, the game introduced its first inter-game crossover when it added characters from the Silent Hill series. Cheryl Mason from Silent Hill 3 was added as a playable Survivor, and Pyramid Head was the new monster.
Today the Cybil Bennett Legendary Set was introduced, a DLC item that reskins the Cheryl Mason character into the policewoman from the original Silent Hill on PS1. It’s technically the first reskin item in Dead By Daylight’s history. You decide which character you’d rather play as.
Available for 1485 Auric Cells in the in-game store, the set includes the Honorable Cop haircut – a clean-cut blonde bob, a serious but welcomed sight in the fog – along with The Brahm’s Police department shirt and pants.
Dead By Daylight is available now on consoles, PC, and mobile.
