Saints Row: Enter the Dominatrix cancelled; it’s now a sequel
Saints Row: Enter the Dominatrix was originally set to be released as a standalone expansion pack for Saints Row The Third, but THQ have revealed that Enter the Dominatrix will now instead be made into a full sequel to the Saints Row franchise.
Enter the Dominatrix was to be a standalone expansion pack for Saints Row 3, featuring an alien invasion and superpowers. Instead, THQ have revealed that it was now be a both full-length and full-priced sequel to the Saints Row The Third. New THQ boss, Jason Rubin, said:

When I looked at the Enter The Dominatrix expansion in production at Volition, I was blown away by the ideas and desire to expand the fiction of the franchise.
“I asked the team what it could achieve given more time, more resources, and a broader scope for the project. We all agreed we wanted to play that game.
“When it comes to Saints Row, it’s clear our fans want bigger, better, and even more over the top, and that’s why Enter The Dominatrix will now be incorporated into a vastly expanded, full-fledged sequel, scheduled for calendar 2013.”

Good or bad news? THQ are in a spot of bother right now, and a hastily released sequel would likely bring sales as well as a lot of fan-rage. I guess we’ll have to see.

Why charge 1600 points(or whatever it would have been) when you can charge 59.99… and 69.99 for a special edition…. and 100 for a super special edition… right?

Exactly. This is a bad idea.
