Chronos, an upcoming RPG being developed by Gunfire Games for the Oculus Rift, has gotten a brand new trailer, as well as a number of new screenshots ahead of its release coinciding with the release of Oculus Rift on March 28. As a premium VR title on Rift, Chronos will be priced at $49.99 USD and is rated comfortable. You can watch a trailer for the game below.

David Adams, President of Gunfire Games said of the upcoming launch of Chronos:

The game is set to have a number of features once released, including:
- Adventure RPG – Refreshing combination of Adventure Game elements and RPG mechanics.
- VR – Explore an atmospheric fantasy world in full Virtual Reality. An unparalleled level of immersion, scale and detail!
- Deep Combat – A variety of weapons, abilities and powers are available to the player in the pursuit of their quest.
- Unique Aging Mechanic – Every time the player dies they age one year. Player’s must adapt to their advancing age as they progress their character; starting the game young, nimble and quick, and ending wise and more attuned to magic.
Gunfire Games is an independent game developer based in Austin, Texas. The core team members are the remnant of Vigil games and are best known for creating and shipping the DARKSIDERS franchise. As mentioned above, the game will be ready for launch March 28, and will be available for $49.99.
