Nimbatus – The Space Drone Constructor Reaches Goal On Kickstarter
Kickstarter can be a fickle thing. Sometimes projects get funded in hours, other days they come right down to the wire. But for many, the best ways to build up a fanbase is to start with one project, finish it, then move onto the next. And that’s exactly what’s happened here. After successfully crowdfunding the well-received Niche – a genetics survival game, Stray Fawn Studio returns to Kickstarter with their second game Nimbatus – The Space Drone Constructor.
The Swiss indie game developer Stray Fawn Studio reached its $20’000 goal for Nimbatus – The Space Drone Constructor on Kickstarter within a few days and is still going strong with over $30’000 reached and more than a thousand backers only one third into the campaign. With the first stretch goal achieved and the second goal in close reach, Nimbatus is on track to grow into another successful game for the not even one year old game studio.
But what is the game?
“Nimbatus is a space-game in which you build physically simulated drones out of hundreds of different parts and solve missions in a huge procedurally generated universe filled with fully destructible planets and vicious enemies. In an online mode you compare your creations with other players from all around the world and compete in a wide array of diverse challenges.”
The gam is a visual spectacle of sorts, and there’s even a demo of it that you can play right now. So why wait? Go support Nimbatus – The Space Drone Constructor today!
