New This Week From IDW: Tales Of Tails

It won’t be long before Sonic The Hedgehog 2 hits the big screen, and IDW — who holds the license to make Sonic comics — plans to be ready, in the event that somebody walks out of the movie directly into a comic shop and is specifically craving stories where Sonic and Tails work together. So here comes a collection of Sonic and Tails centered stories from IDW’s Sonic library, entitled Sonic & Tails—Best Buds Forever.

Sonic the Hedgehog and Miles “Tails” Prower. Best friends through thick and thin, they’ve always got each other’s backs. Celebrate the terrific twosome with these three high-speed, high-flying tales full of action and adrenaline.

All the stories within this trade were written by IDW’s Sonic scribe Ian Flynn, with help from Evan Stanley. Stanley also created some of the artwork alongside Tracy Yardley and Adam Bryce Thomas. Look for this one at comic shops this week, along with two other IDW releases listed below.
