New Stadium and Cars Coming To Rocket League
In a official reveal on their website, Psyonix has revealed a bunch of new content for their game Rocket League. Arguably the biggest is a new stadium called Neo Tokyo.
“Neo Tokyo’s origin began as the popular Rocket Labs arena, Underpass. This was the first arena to have multiple levels and was inspired by feedback from top-level players. Now, it returns with a fantastic visual theme and streamlined gameplay improvements!”
But also, two Neo Tokyo inspired vehicles will be coming out July 18th:
“Two Neo Tokyo-inspired premium cars — Esper and Masamune — bring their distinctive anime style to Rocket League®’s ever-growing collection of playable vehicles!”
Psyonix even went so far as to bring back some classic cars for a special Collector’s Edition of the game:
“Back by popular demand from Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, the jet-inspired Aftershock and monstrous Marauder will retain their original thematic style but also sport a new, more modern visual look.
Available first as part of the Rocket League Collector’s Edition, both vehicles will go on sale digitally July 18.”
This update of content of course includes new items for your cars, new rewards for you to use, and a plethora of other things as Season 03 of Rocket League begins. You can check out the trailer for the Neo Tokyo update below.
