343 Industries has taken a rather unique approach to updating Halo 5: Guardians and releasing new content for the title. Rather than simply releasing paid DLC map packs, they have taken to offer free title updates every few weeks that include new maps, REQs, armor, weapons, vehicles and features. This trend is continuing into at least next month and the developer has now released information about the latest update.
Called the Hog Wild REQ Drop, it is most notable for introducing four brand new variants of the Warthog. These include Vespin Rocket Warthog, Sword Needler Warthog, Rally Scout Warthog and the Rally Warthog. The update will also into new versions of the SMG, DMR, Assault Rifle and Battle Rifle that feature a hybrid scope, new armor pieces as well as a selection of weapon skins and emblems.

Additionally, Warzone is set to receive a number of changes, included brand new bosses with unique identities and weapons.
