New Gameplay Trailer For Eden Rising: Supremacy
Canadian game studios Meridian4 and Nvizzio Creations have just released a new trailer for their upcoming multiplayer co-op game, Eden Rising: Supremacy. The game will support eight-player co-op in its initial form, and expand to 16-player support in its final version.
You play as an armored soldier called a Warden, who’s been tasked with defending human strongholds called Crucibles from hostile alien creatures. The Crucibles serve as your base, and they’re where you can upgrade your weapons with the materials you find, as well as make your characters more powerful.
The all-new trailer showcases the beauty and danger of Eden Rising’s world, where the best chance at survival and ultimate victory lies in a mastery of the battle and crafting system. Different weapons, as well as a wide variety of traps, like sticky traps and shock turrets, are available to be crafted. Players can band together to scour the open world, collecting items and fighting creatures scattered throughout to obtain valuable crafting materials and rare technology blueprints, or go at it solo and experience the breathtaking world at their leisure.
Look for a beta version of Eden Rising: Supremacy on Steam Early Access, sometime early next month. Six months of beta testing are planned before the full finished game is released to PC this fall.
If you’d like to know more about Eden Rising, Brent Elison, one of the development leads on the project, will be answering questions live on a Twitch stream tomorrow. The stream begins Thursday, April 12th at 4pm Eastern, 1 pm Pacific on Twitch. If you watch, you may receive an invite to the closed beta.
