Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Coming Out 3rd March
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will officially release on March, alongside the Nintendo Switch. The Japanese company made the announcement as part of their in-depth reveal of the new console as well as releasing a new trailer that details some of the story of the game and features some of the new environments.
According to the trailer, Link has apparently been in some sort of sleep for 100 years and has been awakened to help tackle the threat of the Calamity Ganon under the guidance of a mysterious voice. Favorite species, such as the Gorons, are also make an appearance, confirming that they will be part of the game. Meanwhile Princess Zelda seems to take a more prominent role in the title, with characters all featuring full voice acting.
Nintendo also revealed the box art for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. As you can see below, the US and Europe markets have their own unique artwork, with the American audience getting a more movie like action hero version compared to the more colorful European one.
