Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles is like a music for the eyes because it’s visually stunning.
You can now relive the first season of Demon Slayer because of this upcoming game. Demon-Slayer: Kimetsu-no-Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles is a multiplatform game. It’s available on PS4, PS5, Xbox one, X-series, and PC but not on Switch. This game will have a digital version and a limited edition physical version for the collectors. The 2.5d graphics looks beautifully hand-drawn despite being CGI. Fans are excited about this game because of the high budget invested in its creation. CyberConnect2 gave Justice to the manga and anime.
The Hinokami Chronicles Have two available modes. Both of them will have the gameplay of a hack-n-slash and an Arena Fighter. The solo mode is technically the story mode. You can re-experience the first season of the anime and the movie Demon Slayer: Mugen Train. Play as Tanjiro Kamado as he hunts demons to cure his sister Nezuko who turned into a demon herself. On the Versus mode, you can play as every single playable character and enemies you had unlocked on the story mode. The Versus mode lets you fight with your friends in person or online.
Here is footage of the versus mode that showcases Zenitsu as a playable character. The designers really delivered on portraying his split dormant personality.
I see similarities with Naruto Shippuden games and I would have prefered if the gameplay used a 2d playstyle. Arena Fighters had never been used as esports unlike 2d fighters. The game looks fun despite the lacking of esports potential.
