Just Cause 3: New Trailer and 4K Gameplay Footage
Avalanche Studios released two new trailers this week for the highly anticipated Just Cause sequel, Just Cause 3. You can check out both trailers in the player below.
The first video looks to be a mix of CG cinematics and some new gameplay footage. It features background music by the band Kasabian. The CGI visuals for the trailer were done by Visual Works. It does not seem clear if those were just made for the trailer or if that will be appearing as cutscenes for the game.
The next video shows what Just Cause 3 is capable of when its rendered in 4K resolution for the Windows PC version. Per Avalanche, the 4K trailer shows footage with all the settings for the game turned to overkill. Avalanche promises they they are squeezing “every last drop of power out of their proprietary engine” for the release of the game. The 4K resolution visuals for the game definitely look absolutely stunning. The scope of the chaos, action, mayhem and destruction looks even more impressive. It looks like the high settings for PC will allow for a much higher level of immersive mayhem for Just Cause 3.
Just Cause 3 finally hits the shelves on December 1. The game will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
