It’s The Attack Of The Earthlings!

A team of intergalactic miners have arrived on Planet X13 and they’re setting up massive drills. Their singular job is to gather fossil fuels for the company they work for, Galactoil. In the process of doing this, they unknowingly demolish the native home of a ruthless insectoid race. Now those guys are all outraged and out for human blood!

That’s what’s going on in Attack Of The Earthlings, a new strategy game from Scotland-based Team Junkfish. But here’s the twist….you’re playing as the bugs.

To put a stop to the invasion, your Swarmers must plan attacks carefully, emerging from vents and lockers to take the human prey by surprise, and ambush multiple enemies at once to remain undetected. The more earthlings killed, the more corpses can be consumed and transformed into new units with specialized roles and unique abilities. The flesh of their own workers is the key ingredient to developing a successful alien insurgency against Galactoil.

Your ultimate goal: to forcefully ascend into upper management, for a showdown with final boss Regional Manager Dennis Dickinham, described by Junkfish as “a man both massively unqualified and massively overpaid.”

“Dennis Dickinham is a gregarious fellow who finds joy in everything, be it catching a few rounds of golf with the boys or rerouting power from sickbay to the massage chairs in the boardroom, Dickinham’s a delight to be around! A word of warning – it’s a bad idea to utter the phrase “bad idea” in his presence.”

Attack Of The Earthlings comes out today on Steam, but if you’re a console gamer, wait until the summer when it’ll be released for Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch and XBox One.
