Inhumans Movie Loses Release Date
It’s a curious time for the Inhumans movie. While initially a part of Marvel’s “Phase 3”, several things have caused many to wonder if the movie will come out at all. Including have its release date pushed back twice, and the inclusion of Inhumasn on Marvel’s Agents Of Shield. Now, Deadline is reporting that not only is the movie getting delayed again, but it now doesn’t have a release date.
Even Kevin Fiege is uncertain of when the movie will be released:
“Since we made our initial phase three announcement, we added ‘Spider-Man,’ which was a big joyous coup for us,” Feige told Collider in an interview. “We added ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp,’ which was a big fun continuation of that story for us. Walt Disney Company has announced an ‘Indiana Jones’ film for right around that same time. So I think [‘Inhumans’] will shuffle off the current date that it’s on right now. How far down it shuffles, I’m not sure yet.”
What’s key to note is that though it’s slated for Phase 3, no major casting or production has taken place. A script is rumored to be done, but that is all that’s connected to the film. Vin Diesel was rumored to be playing the king of the Inhumans, Black Bolt, but outside of teases and rumors, nothing has been confirmed.
