He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Trailer
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe Trailer:
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe got He-man goes 3d. This new reboot of He-man has influences from Super Sentai and Kamen Rider shows. I still believe the early 2000s reboot that got canceled is still the best He-man version I had seen. People can’t still move on from the controversial ending of the first half of the Kevin Smith He-man. This version got lucky that Kevin Smith’s version is taking all the heat. Let’s see if Smith can do damage control on the second half of his series. Social media may destroy it but there could be a quiet majority out there.
I can see the people who love the Netflix She-Ra loving this while old-school fans will be divided.
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is more well-received by the Netizens.
I HAVE THE POWER… TO FREAK OUT WITH EXCITEMENT!!!! The trailer has finally dropped https://t.co/JU6Pj0B4qp

Netflix has 2 versions of He-man right now. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe got He-man is more marketed for kids. On the other hand, Masters of the Universe: Revelations is marketed for adults. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe go for a more Cyberpunk direction instead of the Medieval Sci-fi the original had. The art style is reminiscent of the Superbook reboot. He-man’s design got desexualized as he wears Armor now. His Muscles doesn’t look realistic anymore as this new series follows a CALARTS style in CG. 80s kids may not like CALARTS but they just got their Action figure style art style He-man. A crossover with the previously ended She-ra reboot is feasible due to the use of the same art style.
The amount of 40 year old dudes in the comments here losing their shit that they made a He-Man cartoon for middle school kids is absolutely unhinged, considering you just got another He-Man show specifically geared at that demographic a few weeks ago. Let kids have things?? https://t.co/ZmRuiEKH99

Unlike the previous varieties, He-man is not the only one who transforms in this series. His Allies also transform and all of them are aged down to Middle schooler age. The plot bears similarity to the early 2000s reboot because Skeletor is Prince Adam’s Uncle.
